Executive Leadership

• Jim Borrelli | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  Jim guides the strategic vision and growth of KCB Contracting. He ensures the company stays firmly grounded in its core values of absolute integrity and transparency.

• Cameron Borrelli | Chief Design Officer (CDO)
  Cameron leads the architectural layout and creative direction for our custom homes, premium remodels, and commercial spaces. He translates client dreams into ultra-efficient blueprints.

• Kolbe Borrelli | Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  Kolbe commands day-to-day operations and project logistics. He specializes in deploying our precision-engineered, turn-key steel building systems while keeping projects strictly on schedule.

Finance & Operations Management

• Kellie Miller | Controller
  Kellie oversees the financial management, corporate accounting, and complete strategic operations of the firm. Deeply involved in every aspect of the company, she directs the administrative division, manages budgeting, and ensures total operational accountability across all residential and commercial builds.

• Danielle Roux | Office Manager
  Danielle coordinates daily administrative operations and serves as the core hub of client communications. She keeps the office organized and ensures smooth project workflows.

Field Operations

Jose Hernandez Rivera | Foreman
Jose manages our job sites directly, enforcing our "Safety First" standard. He supervises crews and subcontractors to deliver execution that meets or exceeds industry standards.
